At The Wedding Bangles, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our wedding bangles. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused  and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Custom-made or personalized bangles are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

Exchanges

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

💎 Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange your bangles for a different size or style, we’re happy to assist — based on availability.

  • Exchanges must also be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

🔍 Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

💳 Refunds

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and initiate a refund to your original payment method.
